A significant step toward the achievement of the objectives and the scientific and research work of the Mediterranean One Health Innovation Center (MED-OHC) has been made with the signing of a Memorandum of with the Ministry of Rural Development and Food and the National Public Health Organization (EODY).

The Memorandum was signed on behalf of the Ministry of Rural Development and Food by Deputy Minister Christos Kellas, on behalf of EODY by the President of the Organization Christos Chatzichristodoulou, and on behalf of the Mediterranean One Health Innovation Center (MED-OHC) by President Eleni Pavlidou.

As stated in the Memorandum of Cooperation, the aim is to utilize knowledge and experience and to generally advance Science and digital innovation for the implementation of the National Action Plan on Antimicrobial Resistance and more broadly, to achieve the objective of the development, dissemination and optimal implementation of the principles of One Health in order to protect Public Health.
