Dr Milicevic, among the other activities: Monthly global FMD report, EuFMD projects on improving contingency planning and laboratory capacity in the Balkans, EuFMD projects on FMD control in the Trans- Caucasus countries, coordination of activities under the West Eurasian FMD progressive control pathway roadmap, EuFMD real-time training courses in Nepal. During October 2012 – July 2013, she run as Animal health officer for the European Commission for the control of Foot-and-Mouth disease (EuFMD), FAO, Rome, in Italy. Experience related to the safe collection and transport of samples to the laboratory, as technical assistance in coordination of animal disease, control and eradication program in Bosnia and Herzegovina, Regional Action on animal disease eradication in the Western Balkans: Senior Non Key Laboratory expert – SANTE/2018/G/046 – SI2.821093, 2020. 2010-2012 – IPA project „Technical Assistance for Control and Eradication of Classical Swine Fever (CSF) and Rabies in Serbia”.
Also, as a laboratory expert from the beneficiary country, she was involved in the implementation of the project through the specification of items for safe collection and transport of samples. organizing a training for the local laboratories which involved practical part on sampling – collection, packaging and transport. As a laboratory expert from NRL for CSF&ASF, she was involved in preparation of the procedure for safe sampling and transport of samples to the national laboratory, as well as to the EURL for confirmation.
